The cutest retro Owl Pal!  This is vintage Japan imported novelty item from the 50's. It was very faded and most of the paint worn off when I found it. I have repainted and sealed it myself. So it's technically not mint condition, as in vintage value, but it is for  its sweet and cute value!
Has one little chippy show on the upper top inside. It doesn't take away from the use or style.
 
You can hold napkins, the mail or anything you want!
Measures 5 inches wide and 6 inches high.
