Fruitcake Designs, where you'll find unique, handmade, gifts for yourself and your friends. 

Please be kind and smart and do not use my photographs without permission.

All of my designs are Original patterns and I own legal rights to them, please be a stand up person and do not copy my designs.

Shipping

All items are already made and ready to ship, we ask that you give us three to five business days to ship your order, via our Standard Shipping of: USPS

Fruitcake is a one woman show, so I reserve the right to adjust ship time due to illness etc. I appreciate your patience.

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping.

Fruitcake Designs always ships to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website. 

I ship USPS, and will ship all orders nicely packaged within one week of purchase (usually much sooner). I use recycled packing materials and bubble wrap. 

 

Delivery confirmation and extra insurance are also available at an additional cost, just let me know upon purchase if you would like any of these services added to your order and I can send you an adjusted invoice.

I am currently not shipping outside of the US but plan to change this as soon as I can.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact me within: 3 days of delivery - Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery  ( received)
* I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

WHAT CAN I NOT RETURN?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

 

ITEMS ON SALE

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact me first though to work things out!


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Payment

The shop accepts PayPal, Square and most major credit cards.

If you live local, you can contact me to purchase and pick up in person or at a craft show and be invoiced by Paypal or Square via email.
